The general hotel terms apply:
We do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations the following applies:

Up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of total booking price
Up to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of total booking price
Within the final week before arrival, we charge 90% of total booking price

Please note that pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons.

Your Sito Apartment will be ready from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Please vacate by 9:00 a.m. on departure day.

The apartment key will be handed over personally upon arrival. Please contact us about 30 minutes before you arrive so we can prepare everything.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of € 250 per apartment is required.

All charges (except local tax), utilities, electricity, and heating are included in our prices.

The local tax of € 5.00 per person/night is charged. Children under 15 are exempt (based on birth year, not birthday).

We kindly ask you to settle your bill in cash.

If you lock yourself out and we are unavailable, please contact “Tante Trude” opposite of Sito – they hold a spare key and will be happy to help.
